aids in digestion but cnt absorb no use...
the human digestive system is veri complicated...
the small intestines, the liver, the pancreas and the gall bladder are invlved in the digesting part...
however...most of the absorbing is done in the large intestines...
to the qn of whether yakult makes one short...tat i cnt cfm...
